Our client, a prominent company in the agriculture sector, is looking for a Biological Formulation Technologist to join their team. As a Biological Formulation Technologist, you will play a key role in the R&D Department, supporting various teams including analytical R&D, process development, and application technology. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective collaboration abilities, and excellent communication skills, which are essential for success within the organization.
Job Title: Biological Formulation Chemist
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Pay: $23/h + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in developing innovative formulations, production processes, and delivery system technologies.
- Collaborate with different functions across the company to ensure project success.
- Maintain precise laboratory documentation and write reports.
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols.
- Conduct experiments, produce reproducible data, interpret results, and adjust hypotheses as necessary.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in formulation technology or engineering.
- Knowledge or experience in biological actives and their development.
- Ability to work autonomously and complete projects efficiently.
- Successful teamwork with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
