Key Responsibilities:
- Form Design and Development:
- Design and create various forms, documents, and templates that align with the company's branding and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure forms meet regulatory compliance and functional requirements.
- Continuously improve and update existing forms for enhanced usability and aesthetics.
- Rates Analysis:
- Analyze pricing and rate structures to ensure they are competitive and in line with market trends.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Graphic Design:
- Utilize graphic design software and tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly documents, marketing materials, and presentations.
Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and visual identity.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to form usage and rate structures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all forms, documents, and marketing materials are error-free and conform to company standards.
- Verify that pricing and rate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and legal, to gather input and ensure that Forms and Rates align with their needs and requirements.
7. Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related areas.
· Proven experience in graphic design and document creation, with proficiency in graphic design software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and financial information.
