Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Forms and Rates Analyst with a background in graphic design to join our dynamic team. Aria Title Consultants is a boutique consulting firm catering to the title insurance industry. This role combines analytical skills with creative design expertise to ensure that our company's forms, documents, and marketing materials are not only functionally efficient but also visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design with a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to balance aesthetics with usability.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Form Design and Development:
   • Design and create various forms, documents, and templates that align with the company's branding and visual guidelines.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure forms meet regulatory compliance and functional requirements.
   • Continuously improve and update existing forms for enhanced usability and aesthetics.
2. Rates Analysis:
   • Analyze pricing and rate structures to ensure they are competitive and in line with market trends.
   • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
3. Graphic Design:
   • Utilize graphic design software and tools to create visually appealing and user-friendly documents, marketing materials, and presentations.

                      Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and visual identity.

1. Data Analysis:
   • Collect and analyze data related to form usage and rate structures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

   • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all forms, documents, and marketing materials are error-free and conform to company standards.
   • Verify that pricing and rate information is accurate and up-to-date.
2. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and legal, to gather input and ensure that Forms and Rates align with their needs and requirements.

7. Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related areas.

· Proven experience in graphic design and document creation, with proficiency in graphic design software.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and financial information.

· Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
