Job Title:Foreclosure Data Entry Clerk
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $19 - $21/hourly
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and process accounts in foreclosure.
Complete pre-foreclosure reviews to ensure statutory requirements are met.
Audit bid and figures for accuracy.
Calculate foreclosure fees & costs.
Review accounts for default changes.
Handle payment histories, repayment plans, and denial letters.
Ensure property readiness for sale per guidelines.
Perform SCRA searches and process foreclosure postponements.
Review servicer websites for sale clearances.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
1+ year(s) of direct FC or mortgage servicing experience*REQUIRED*.
Strong work history*REQUIRED*.
Typing speed of 60+ words per minute*REQUIRED*.
Advanced 10Key skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
On-boarding Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
