Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in Data Entry and enjoys working in an administrative role.

Duties:
- Enter data into databases or computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Organize and maintain files and records of Data Entry activities
- Transcribe information from paper documents into electronic format
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for Data Entry and manipulation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in Data Entry
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with databases and data collection methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.74 - $22.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
