We are looking for driven Territory Independent Sales Reps that are eager to pioneer this brand into new doors and territories. We offer a generous commission structure with no cap on earnings that is pay on ship. Territories can be adjusted to work with independent specialty, regional and national accounts. You’ll work with a passionate and dedicated team at Joybees and will be backed up by industry leading customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction.
· Drive new distribution with assigned territory-aligning with key initiatives to Joybees growth objectives.
· Ability to develop both short term action plans and long term growth plans with key retailers to ensure strategic objectives are met.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and existing customers.
· Prebook 2 seasons of footwear for spring/summer and fall winter.
· Monitor retail performance with key retail partners to maximize in season re orders and develop strategies to affect underperforming items if that arises.
· Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including after-sales support and issue resolution.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
· Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the footwear industry.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Knowledge and passion for footwear.
· Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
· Ability to participate in regional and national trade shows.
· Experience working with independent specialty and national buying groups.
