ZZ's Ice Cream Puffs - Food Truck Manager (Full-Time with Commission Opportunities)

Do you crave delicious treats and spreading smiles? Are you a people person with a love for adventure? ZZ's Ice Cream Puffs is looking for a passionate Food Truck Manager to join our team and hit the streets of DFW!

About the Role:

In this full-time position, you'll be the captain of our mobile dessert haven, serving up our mouthwatering ice cream puffs to happy customers across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. As Food Truck Manager, you'll wear many hats, from ensuring smooth daily operations to charming customers and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Food Truck, including setup, breakdown, and inventory control.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience for everyone.
• Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the truck and all equipment.
• Market and promote ZZ's Ice Cream Puffs at events and locations throughout DFW (travel required).
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and event organizers to secure prime vending locations.
• Contribute to menu innovation and brainstorm new flavor ideas (bonus points for creativity!).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or a related customer service role.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and business partners.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A love for ice cream and a desire to share deliciousness with the DFW community!
• Willingness to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
