REPORTS TO: Convalescent Center Administrator
LOCATION: Convalescent Center, Nespelem, WA
Basic Functions: The Food Service Manager (FSM) is responsible for the overall management of the Dietary Department. Planning, organizing, developing and directing the Dietary services staff in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility and as directed by the Nursing Home Administrator, ensuring the highest degree of food quality is maintained. The FSM must be able to function collaboratively with the qualified dietitian in meeting the nutritional needs of this facility's resident
