- Primary Support to 2 FS Sales Directors,1 Sr. National Director. Includes, travel coordination, expense creation and submission and calendar maintenance.
- Back up support to VP FS Central Division, Admin Assistant.
- Responsible for managing Sales Food Service 300K Marketing Budget. This includes, creating PR’s, Processing PO’s and submitting invoices through SAP 4 HANA for Central Division
- Process division general budget FS invoices in MYBUY. This includes, creating PR’s, Processing PO;s and submitting invoices through Ariba/MYBUY.
- Update FS Vending machines database, monthly. This entails adding cash discounts and removing cash discounts on Central Division PEPSI vending machines.
- Working to set up new hires and transfers. This is setting new hires up with proper IDM requests
- (system used to add and deleted necessary programs needed to perform job. IPADS, phones, new office supplies.
- Process business card requests for Central Division.
- Process office supply requests for Central Division.
- Coordinate group meetings. AOP’s, QBP’s and Central Division Team meetings. Coordinating travel, hotel room block logistics, catering logistics and conf room security. Some travel maybe required based on meeting size.
- Process orders for Gatorade sideline kits for College, Universities and High Schools.
- Manage College and University Sports Game tickets. Responsible for working with the CM on the account to secure ticket requests to recipients.
- Manage shwag inventory in FS Sales Inventory Cage. Responsible for mailings of quarterly awards and townhall meeting trivia winners.
- Work with CM’s on restaurant activations.
- Coordinate onsite and offsite Central Division volunteer activities.
- Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally (Functional Teams) and externally.
- Must be strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary.
- Willingness to learn and take on projects.
- Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes. challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

- High school or GED required
- 2 years of previous sales, logistics or customer service / sales experience
- Strong communication (verbal / written)
- Problem solving skills
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (formatting, data input, locating information)
- High attention to detail and excellent organization
- Ability to work independently and with team members
- Experience in FS Sales as well as support functions preferred (MEM, Control & Compliance, A/R, Finance)
