Food Runner/Expo

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of food
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor food quality and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and requests promptly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests

Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle any issues that may arise during service
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
