We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Food Runner and Busser to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.

Busser

Table Setting and Resetting

Clearing and Cleaning

Assisting Servers and Kitchen Staff

Maintaining Restaurant Appearance

Providing Excellent Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food items
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
