Food Runner/Busser/Barback

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner. Duties:

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately

- OLCC Alcohol Service Permit preferred

- Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging tables and chairs

- Ensure all food items are properly garnished and presented before delivering them to customers

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process

- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and workstations

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

Experience:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, winert tasting room, hospitality setting is preferred

- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively
