Food Production - Facility Entrance Monitor

Description
The primary responsibility of the Door Monitor is to ensure only authorized access to the production area; while ensuring that every person is complying with GoodHeart GMP's. The door monitor will also issue/collect equipment as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties
•Maintain log of everyone who enters/exits the assigned production area.
•Promote GMP's and safety throughout the organization.
•Responsible for assisting associates in clocking in/out.
•Enforce dress code and use of proper PPE.
•Issue equipment to associates, as needed. Ensure that equipment is charged and in working order.
•Keep entry area clean of debris, wipe down tables, clean sinks, and remove trash.
•Stock smock racks, remove dirty smocks from hooks.
•Keep door monitor area clean.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
•Reliable and regular transportation and attendance, with flexibility to work extended shifts as needed.
•Must be able to work in a facility that handles allergens.
Requirements
Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Food industry experience is a plus

Skills & Abilities

• Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual preferred.
• Team player with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Must be able to comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Company policies.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend and lift for long durations of time.
• Ability to clear a background check and drug screen.
• Minimum of 18 years old or over.
• Have a positive attitude and great attendance.

The employee will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature.
