Applicant must have superior skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely. Must have a keen understanding of industry-standard best cooking and prep practices.
ServSafe certification is a plus but we will send you to class to get you certified if your certification is not current. Must have clear understanding of cooking measurements. Excellent organizational , time management and multitasking skills are a must.
The prep cook works closely with other kitchen staff to complete orders by gathering necessary ingredients and distributing them to different stations throughout the kitchen. You will be responsible for labeling correct date on food products and keeping up with the inventory.
Two years minimum line cook experience required. Verifiable references required. Applicant must know food temperatures and storing per health regulations .
Must agree to have random drug screening and a criminal background check.
