Slicer/Food Prep

REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER/SHIFT LEADER-
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The slicer is critical to the daily success of the restaurant and the back bone to daily operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Be in to work as early as 7am
• Must be reliable
• At least 18 years of age to operate slicer equipment
• Maintains organized,stocked and sanitary work space
• Willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cleaning, putting up trucks or any other duties assigned by the GM
• Able to lift 50lbs
