Food Prep Crew Member

We serve up delicious breakfast/lunch sandwiches and wraps in Estero, FL from 6AM to 2PM. We are located inside the food court of the MARATHON GAS station between Goodwill and Culvers on Corkscrew Road.

We are looking for a part-time Crew Member/Cook for SUNDAYS 6 AM-2 PM and 4 hours on a weekday, a total 12 hours for now. · Done by 2pm... You will have the rest of the day FREE!

This Crew member/Food Prep will prepare sandwiches, sides, sauces, and coffee following established recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist, accept payments, and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. We are a take-out concept, and our menu focuses on hand-held breakfast sandwiches and deli subs.

Duties:

· Ensure that all menu items ordered by guests are properly prepared, meeting the standard of food delivery within 5 - 8 minutes of the order.

· Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation levels, and safety of the kitchen.

· Help keep the kitchen properly stocked, prepared, and organized with food items.

· Perform open and end-of-shift clean up responsibilities.

· Take orders and payments being in charge of the drawer in solo shifts.

Payment

Base 16-18 per hour + card/cash tips = Average $21-22 per hour or more!

Requirements

· Must be 18 years or more!

· Preparing/Cooking experience: 2 years (Required)

· Weekend Availability Required - Sunday 8H shift 6am-2pm

· Must have reliable transportation and a cellphone

· Hours of operation are 6:00am - 2:00pm

Qualifications

· Effective communication skills.

· Lifts moderate to heavy weights on an occasional basis

· Serve safe food handler Certificate

Education:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

· Cooking: 2 years (Required)
