Food And Beverage Supervisor, Leatherby's Caf Rouge

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is hiring a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor for Leatherby's Cafe Rouge to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

• Greet, direct, and respond to guests' questions and needs
• Ensure product control and inventory
• Follow food safety/ sanitation guidelines
• Ensure all bars are set up and ready for services.
• Supervise operations before, during, and after service. Hold pre-shift meetings 
• Troubleshoot where needed, including re-stocking of concessions and bars to maximize service and event readiness
• Assist with operating multiple concessions stands in addition to assisting team members
• Maintain a safe environment throughout operating hours 

• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• No college degree required

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions 
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally 
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
