An international food company is seeking for a qualified E-Commerce Marketing Supervisor who has experience in E-Commerce Marketing in Food/Beverage industry for 3 + years.
Hybrid: Must be able to commute to the office twice a week
This company has been around for about 100 years and able to locate their product at most major grocery stores, Costco and etc.

Direct Hire/ Exempt
Salary: $70-80K/yr + bonus is about 1.5 month worth (about $78-90K/yr total)

Business Hour: Monday to Friday – flex time if work 8 hours/day
Mostly work from home but needs to be at the office twice a week

Job Description
<E-Commerce and Website Management>
- Execute E-commerce tactical plan and provide on-going oversight of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce business including vendor management, loyalty program management and supply chain coordination.
- Conduct research and analyze data for e-commerce to identify new opportunities and insights.
- Collaborate with global counterparts, marketing team members, and third-party business partners to establish an effective E-commerce platform.
- Manage and maintain web platforms and recommend applicable updates and improvements to ensure satisfactory user experience and content compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing communication teams to integrate content seamlessly with broader promotional initiatives.
- Run DTC campaigns and promotional online activities to recruit fans as well as engage and retain loyalty among target audience by leveraging advertising, social media, E-mail, re-targeting, and sustaining initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to determine the best products to promote, merchandise, and sell online.
- Oversee fulfillment and logistical requirements to ensure customers receives the best experience in representation of the brand.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve e-commerce business.
Job Requirements
· Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or Advertising related field
· Must be able to commute to the office twice a week for half day (other 3 days are work from home)
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce in Food/ Beverage industry.
· Must have experience planning E-Commerce from start to finish (planning, launching to analyzing)
· Web analytics and tagging experience a plus.
· Supervisory experience a plus.
· Proficient in EXCEL spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation software.
· Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge helpful
· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
