Riemer Hospitality is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant.
The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant is the collaborator whose main responsibilities are to assist the Operations Executive in maintaining a smooth administration process at all Riemer Properties restaurant(s).
Responsibilities
· Reports directly to the Operations Executive to assist in time management, reports and execution of daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals as directed by Operations Executive.
· Responsible for assisting and working closely with Human Resources and the Practice Administrator.
· Assists the organization in the growth of Riemer Properties
· Responsible for assisting in all catering events.
· Prepare menus with accuracy and completeness
· Prepares and executes in social media with events and music entertainment schedules
· Operate office equipment including printers, fax machines, copiers, and phone systems
· Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and other software programs to create professional documents, reports, memos, letters, and presentations
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail
· Organize paper and electronic files using established filing systems and databases
· File and retrieve documents, records, and reports efficiently and accurately
· Compile, copy, sort, and organize records of office and business activities
· Enter data and access workplace information using computer systems and point of sale terminals
· Greet customers and guests with a positive, helpful attitude
· Occasionally transport heavier materials with equipment or assistance from team members
· Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
· Comply with quality assurance expectations and safety standards
· Work collaboratively, support team members, take initiative proactively, and maintain positive morale
· Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
