Golf Club seeks Clubhouse Manager to lead Golf Course, Clubhouse and F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities fall within the management of Food & Beverage Department, and overall staff communication.
More specifically:
- Operations Oversight:
- Hire staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the food and beverage
department. These include for daily operations, banquets, and any other special event.
- Establish (review existing and modify) and execute training programs for back of the house
staff and front of the house staff, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
- Foster clear communication channels among all golf course employees.
- Revenue Growth and Profitability:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and events.
- Monitor and manage food costs, working to maintain optimal gross profit margins.
- Implement and track performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for
improvement.
- Establish relationships with local businesses that are mutually beneficial.
- Manage Food & Beverage Operations:
- Develop innovative and appealing menus for all food and beverage operations (daily menus,
seasonal and event menus) with a focus on quality and profitability.
- Work closely with event planner to oversee quotes and general development of all of Lake
Forest events.
- Develop drink menus and oversee bar to capitalize on trends that appeal to both the golf
audience and non-golfer audience.
- Develop plans to expand the hours of operation for the golf course, maximizing revenue
opportunities.
- Work with golf operations on golf events.
- Develop kitchen to maximize options for growth

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
