```Job Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee our Outside Food and Beverage food service operations. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Director in all aspects of our Outside Food service department, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality service.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our customers
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise staff members in proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for special events
- Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a golf course / resort environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with shift management and scheduling
