Flooring Contracts Manager

Job Role: Flooring Contracts Manager   
Area: Kent & London
Salary: £60k - £75k
PW Construction Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Flooring Contracts Manager for our client covering Kent & London.
Balancing office and site-based work you will be responsible for the management and success of a number of projects, including contract negotiations, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and monitor project progress and financials.
You must be able to represent our client and ensure successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will be:
Previous experience in the flooring industry
Strong contract management skills
Experience in managing client relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
