SUMMARY

Helps the General Manager to monitor the new/used-vehicle sales departments and the performance of all

employees within the respective departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Greet all customers that come in with Fly-by

• Manage uplist, greeter, and next three available sales associates

• Ensure sales team is completing the sales process accurately and in its entirety

• Follow up customers to see how their check in and test drive experience was

• TO customers and keep deals moving to the next process.

• Assign leads to sales team

• Assists in the development of improvement programs for salespeople who are

having difficulty reaching their objectives.

• Ensures that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed by

salespeople.

• Assists salespeople in closing deals when necessary.

• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local

regulations that affect vehicle sales.

SCHEDULE:

• 8-hour shift

• Weekend availability
  

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LICENSE

Must maintain a valid in-state Driver’s License and be considered insurable with the dealerships

insurance policy.
