Flight School Scheduler

Immediately seeking a Scheduler for our Flight Schools. This role will be responsible for the standardization of the scheduling for a flight program. This position will also pull daily reports and ensure procedures and daily checklists are being used/updated as needed for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate with Training Manager to schedule students, instructors, and planes according to program priorities

· Add all events into My Flight Train System

· Cancel all events in My Flight Train System using data provided by dispatch

·Pull accurate and timely daily flight reports and data to provide to program management and corporate

Position Requirements

· Knowledge of and experience using database programs or software

· Expert level skills in computer operations and programs

· Must have good written and pleasant oral communication skills

· Ability to absorb, retain, and apply information quickly

· Excellent attention to detail. Ability to successfully multitask

· Exceptional customer service/relationship skills with an emphasis on enthusiasm and outgoing personality

· Skills in handling customer's problems and situations in a win/win manner are a must

· Aviation industry experience highly preferred but not required

Work Days and Times

· Typical schedule will be day shift Monday-Friday

· Must have reasonable flexibility to work days/nights as needed

Work Conditions

· Sitting and standing for extended periods of time

· Standard busy office environment
