Enterprise at the MIA Airport currently has an opening for a Fleet Logistic Coordinator! This position will manage the fleet for all three Enterprise Mobility brands and will report to our Fleet Logistics Supervisors. This is a full-time position. The Fleet Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the movement and cleanliness of the entire fleet of vehicles at the both terminals. The position will also coordinate facility maintenance and help manage out of service vehicles at both terminals. The ideal candidate must have a strong detail orientation, be highly organized and self-motivated! This position will report to our Miami International Airport this position pays $17.50 / hour and offers a competitive benefits package including medical, prescription, paid time off and more.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all aspects of vehicle movement on and off the lot for the entire fleet at the airport
- Make and take calls from outside organizations regarding vehicle exchanges and recoveries
- Utilize the following computer systems to perform moves on vehicles between locations
- Track and separate vehicles based on movement type such as cars that have been sold, cars needing preventative maintenance, and cars that are being recalled
- Provide support on special projects such as title registration, fleet maintenance, maintenance tracking on vehicles, turn-back recording, etc., as required
- Provide assistance to Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, and Vehicle repair where needed
- Coordinate the movement of off airport drops. It would include at National/Alamo licensee locations, location where there is no Enterprise Mobility, impounded vehicles, etc.
- Assist with the daily maintenance of both terminals, including but not limited to: pressure washing, plowing and salting of on and off-site lots
- Coordinate facility repairs with approved airport vendors.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violation or at-fault accident in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years
- Must be willing to work at the Miami International Airport location
- Must be able to work a 40 hour work week
- Must be able to lift 35-40 pounds
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
