We are looking for someone ambitious and hard-working to help us continue to grow. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can learn about the products we have, and who can provide valuable service to our customers and provide them with information about our products, and our company.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers visiting French Fitness HQ.
- Conduct Facetime calls to provide remote customers with live views and demonstrations of our equipment.
- Measure and document specifications of fitness machines accurately.
- Provide support with Zoho inventory management, closely working on tasks similar to those handled by another team member.
- Assist in photographing equipment to ensure our online and promotional materials are up-to-date and appealing.
- Contribute to the team by handling other related tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience both in-person and online.
- Taking pictures, videos, and measurements of machines
- Can drive between warehouses (3-5 minutes away). The second location is at 537 Stone Rd STE F Benicia, CA 94510
Requirements:
- Great Customer Service skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for fitness and a general knowledge of various fitness equipment.
- Strong knowledge of fitness machines and comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
- General understanding of computers and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers warmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in managing inventory systems - experience with Zoho Inventory a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English
- Valid Driver’s license
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Zoho Inventory, Adobe Illustrator, and Roland printer.
- Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools
- Extensive experience in the fitness industry.
- Experience in Managing teams is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
