Win Kids Sports is seeking a new:
Ninja Warrior Program Director for children
We have a professional Ninja Course and full Gymnastics program for children, complete with a triple warped wall, Two-lane aluminum trussing, foam pit, trampolines and all kinds of challenging apparatus.
We are looking for a very athletic individual who naturally loves working with children.
Must have these qualities to be successful:
- Athletic Role Model - must be athletic and ready to "roll up your sleeves" and work with kids.
- High energy - able to demonstrate some fitness capability and gymnastics and/or ninja-like skills
- Very positive, kid-friendly attitude is required
- Reliable, consistent and self-motivated person
- Willing to work fulltime +
- Experience leading kids and staff
- Uplifting, Positive Instruction is a must
- Lots of Smiles and high fives required.
- Knowledge of Ninja Warrior equipment is a plus, but not necessary. General strength, agility and fitness skills
- Gymnastics, Parkour or other similar knowledge is helpful.

We have a world-class facility of 27,000 square feet on 6 acres. Win Kids Employees are part of the whole magical experience for families. We build relationships with Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Caregivers and children. We essentially help raise children and help develop them into happy, health, productive adults. By providing a very positive, empathic teaching environment, we help children love to learn.
