ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST - COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIVISION / OFFICE OF GRANTS AND LOCAL SERVICES / HEADQUARTERS
The reporting location for this position is at the California Natural Resources Building located at 715 P Street in Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I.
This Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) serves as the Fiscal Analyst in the Office of Grants and Local Services (OGALS) and reports directly to the Staff Services Manager I. The AGPA will perform varied technical, analytical, administrative, and specialized fiscal assignments including but not limited to writing fiscal policy and procedures, encumbering contracts and procurements, accounts payable, other financial, statistical, accounting and/or budgetary responsibilities. The Policy and Operations Section engages in overseeing budgets, accounting, Fi$cal systems, service contracts, purchasing, inventory, development of policy and procedures, training, information technology and telecommunication needs to support all sections of OGALS.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
This position is designated as telework eligible-office centered.
Staff Services Analyst will also be considered for recruitment purposes.
