First Production Coordinator - 1St Shift

General Information:  

The First Production Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the collection and shipping of all First Production and replenishment product samples or standards, in compliance with customer requirements, standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and regulatory standards. The incumbent will also support line trials and finished goods QA inspection activities as necessary.

What are we looking for? 
 

• High school diploma/GED with proficiency in math; college courses preferred.
• 1-2 plus yearsexperience in quality discipline; preferably in a manufacturing environment or a demonstrated proficiency in quality.  
• SAP experience, desired

This position is responsible for: 
 

• Responsible for scheduling and / or pulling all First Productions and replenishment products collections.
• Coordinates with off shifts as to when samples will be pulled.
• Responsible for documentation specific to First Productions and replenishments.
• Arranges shipments and deliveries of samples as required.
