Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective and efficient planning and scheduling methodologies for extrusion and slitting
- Scheduling production runs in coordination with the extrusion supervisor
- Continuously seeks ways to improve planning, scheduling, order data entry, and office/production floor communication
- Correct and communicate to production to reprint all changes to work orders as required
- Inventory management of finished and raw materials
- Creating BOM’s and routings for new product releases
- Maintain R&D project details
- Schedule shipments for domestic and global locations
- Perform monthly variance investigation and job closures
- Data entry for material usage and lot tracking
- Monitors intercompany belting needs and creates internal transfers as needed

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience as a Scheduler or Production Planner in a manufacturing company
- ERP experience
- Advanced spreadsheet capabilities
- Experience in logistics, international transportation and traffic, import/export related field
- Knowledge of import/export regulations including, HTS classifications, valuation, free trade agreement requirements, labeling, and other government agency requirements
