We are seeking a Firm Development Assistant to join our team. A successful candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is a remote position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Firm Development and Partner Relations Director
- Assists with new employee onboarding
- Creating onboarding itineraries
- Ordering new hire equipment
- Defense bar registrations
- Tracking new attorney checklists
- Administrative support to the Firm Development and Partner Relations Director
- Completing expense reports
- Calendar/scheduling
- Coordinate meetings and interviews
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents
- Completing complex applications
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
- Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
