Firm Development Assistant

We are seeking a Firm Development Assistant to join our team. A successful candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is a remote position.
Position Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Firm Development and Partner Relations Director
• Assists with new employee onboarding

• Creating onboarding itineraries
• Ordering new hire equipment
• Defense bar registrations
• Tracking new attorney checklists

• Administrative support to the Firm Development and Partner Relations Director

• Completing expense reports
• Calendar/scheduling
• Coordinate meetings and interviews
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents
• Completing complex applications
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
• Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
