This full-time position works in a positive and upbeat call center environment while serving clients/customers who collect rare firearms/guns, weapons, military, and historic relics! The full-time Customer Service Representative prioritizes service excellence while helping clients/customers by resolving issues and responding to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. RIAC standard hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, and this full-time schedule also requires six (6) weekends per year for auctions.
What does a typical day look like?
Customer Service Representatives can expect the following:

• Make outbound phone calls up to 80% of each workday;
• Maintain customer accounts by updating account information and handling confidential information, including payment details;
• Meet team targets and call quotas; and
• Build meaningful relationships with current and future customers.

Qualified candidates meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required;
• Two years' previous customer support experience, or similar experience required;
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work six (6) auction weekends per year; and
• Ability to obtain and maintain active FOID card status (Illinois residents only).
