Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain FIRE ALARM systems according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular new project and retrofit installations of FIRE ALARM systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards, and per contract documents.
- Complete accurate documentation of all activities, including as-built documentation, RFI’s and RFI logs, change order data collection and change order logs, inspection reports, and equipment inventory records.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to coordinate installations.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to FIRE ALARM systems.
