About this Opportunity:
WACO Kitchen is seeking a motivated and experienced Server to join our growing team.The Server plays a leading role in developing positive, lasting guest relationships by consistently delivering an amazing experience at Waco Kitchen. As the direct link between the guest and the restaurant, it is primarily the Servers responsibility to ensure that each guest enjoys all aspects of their experience.
The operating hours will be 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday – Saturday
What you will do:
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to guests in accordance with department standards.
- Performs necessary tasks to service guests, i.e. taking and filling all food and drink orders and assisting in maintaining guest dining area in a clean and neat manner.
- Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
- Team player producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.
- Responsible for cashing out guests (using the self-pay method) in a prompt and timely manner. Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the company.
- Assists with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Maintains a clean, stocked, and energetic atmosphere
- Assist in maintain, standards of health, safety, and sanitation
What we are looking for:
- High energy mentality, very customer-service oriented - “WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS”
- Two years previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Promotes outstanding guest service on a continual basis.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Focused and determined to serve our guests, with a smile
- Personable, Professional, and Must be detail oriented
- Able to stand for extended periods
