Fine Dining Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Fine Dining Servers to join our newly launched Fine Dining Restaurant . As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Your attention to detail, knowledge of food preparation, and ability to provide excellent guest service will contribute to the success of our Fine Dining establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process guest payments using cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in Fine Dining establishments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in operating our POS system
- Vast knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages and tableside wine service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Pay: $25.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
