Our agency is currently seeking self-motivated, driven individuals with a passion for making a positive impact on peoples’ lives to occupy a full-time or part-part-time hybrid position at our Orlando branch (with flexibility for some remote work). As a Financial Sales Specialist, you will have the freedom to build your network of clients and associates who are looking for financial solutions. The Financial Sales Specialist will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and assisting with on-boarding new clients and agents.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines with urgency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, prospecting with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly motivated with a student mentality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Leadership
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with insurance and/or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
Industry Legal Requirements
- Must be 18+
- U.S resident
- Able to pass a state and federal background check (No felonies)
- Able to financially get the 2-14 Florida Life & Annuities state insurance license
