Paul Harris Financial is a boutique financial service firm that is on a mission to get people to and through a healthy financial retirement.
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, motivated, and thinking person to grow into the role of office manager at our Fort Myers location after learning and streamlining our proprietary approaches.
You are someone who is inspired to be the implementor that executes the vision. You want to become an integral part of our growing company where your support is rewarded for bringing your A-game.
Our Culture:
If you can commit to and live with the following principles, then you are the type of person who will be successful and help our company thrive.
Our expectation is that you will take the steps necessary to do what you say you are going to do and be accountable for your actions.
We understand that not every person is ready for this level of performance, and we appreciate the honesty of those who decide this is not the right place for them. On the other hand, you would make an ideal candidate to join our company if you are willing to commit to the following principles:
Responsibility:
Take ownership of sticking to, completing, and defining standard operating procedures such as checklists and treat them as living documents that require consistent updating.
Transparency:
Self-discipline to document your actions and progress so that if someone else stepped in the middle of your process they would know exactly where you are and how to take up where you left off.
Excellence:
Ask the questions,
- What else can I do?
- What else can I learn?
- How could we do this better?
- What coaching do you have for me?
Urgency:
Prioritize being an efficient conduit of information for our clients, co-workers, and companies.
Be a part of the solution:
A willingness to embrace, discover and recommend technological or other solutions that improve productivity, communication, and transparency. Focus on the opportunities, not the perceived problems.
Team player:
Recognition that each member is important. Actively acknowledge the value and contribution of individuals on the team. Communicate skillfully with team members to resolve conflicts or stalemates.
Passion for the spirit of service:
A desire to actively help others reach their self-defined purpose, success, and goals.
