The Opportunity
We need your help to scale! As a member of Adobe’s growing FP&A Anaplan Center of Excellence team, you will play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation Financial Planning processes and tools for our customers. With a strong dose of data savvy and a dedication to build upon your existing Anaplan Model Builder abilities, you will partner across FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, and IT to craft new functionality, support end user adoption, and champion process improvements.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with our customers and other supporting partners to craft, implement, and support new Anaplan solutions for their business needs.
- Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to address business requirements, translating them into practical operational solutions.
- Drive scale by standardizing and improving methodologies across our model landscape, maintenance processes, and documentation.
- Work closely with our partners across IT, Finance, and EX to manage upstream and downstream Anaplan data integration dependencies.
- Act as the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for Anaplan, championing adherence to best practices in Anaplan model building and lifecycle management.
What you need to succeed
- BS/BA with preferred focuses in areas of Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems automation at scale.
- Demonstrable Anaplan Model Builder experience; certifications are valued.
- Strong value placed on experiences with relational databases and working with large data structures, as well as any developer knowledge in other planning / BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI), or database query applications such as SQL.
- Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
