***Hybrid position***
Responsibilities/Job Duties:Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the entire global organization.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and objectives.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to assess the company's financial performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required, MBA required
Hospitality/Direct cruise industry experience required
8+ years Financial Analysis, Reporting and Planning experience
Leadership experience required
