The FP&A Analyst reports to the Manager – FP&A and is an integral part of developing high-quality deliverables for planning, forecasting, management reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director and will regularly engage with the CFO and other members of the executive leadership team.
Primary Responsibilities
The FP&A Analyst may:
- Consolidate, review, and ensure accuracy of the Company’s three-statement financial model: five-year income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts, including modeling of working capital and other metrics.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process.
- Assist operations, marketing, and G&A leaders with monthly updates to their rolling, 15-month forecast.
- Functional administration of the planning and forecasting tool (OneStream) and process.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of variance and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop financial and operational reporting packages monthly for executive leadership, the board of directors and other stakeholders.
- Act as a business partner to G&A, operational and commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain FP&A calendar, coordinated with accounting and operational team activities.
- Participate fully in all health, safety and environmental initiatives and programs.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. (MBA preferred)
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.) a plus
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience working in a FP&A or Financial Analyst role in a corporate setting.
- Thorough understanding of accounting and Financial Planning principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Experience with planning systems. (OneStream preferred)
- Team player who can build relationships across the organization.
- Self-starter with ability and desire to dig into details.
- Strong Excel / PowerPoint proficiency.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
