Financial Operation Manager
Reports To: Finance Controller

We are seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join our team and help optimize our Financial Operations.
As a Financial Systems Manager at Zeeba, you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing our Financial Operations. You will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in our financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the setup of accounting software and third-party integrations.
- Ensure seamless communication between different software systems to maintain timely and accurate reporting, including KPI information for the Marketing team.
- Oversee the A/R process, including collections, reporting, proper invoicing, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy.
- Train team members on adding new customers, updating account information, and creating recurring invoices.
- Work closely with sales and operations to develop tools, resources, and reports that support day-to-day operations.
- Design and refine SOPs to ensure the accuracy of reported data.
- Calculate BD Commission and maintain the BD Dashboard or an improved commission calculation system.
- Develop and maintain a list of reports designed to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Modify processes and reports as the company grows and adapts.
- Contribute to the development of Zeeba software with a focus on billing, financial reporting, and ordering capabilities.
Critical Thinking Aspects of Role
- Evaluate finance technology spending and propose strategies for cost reduction.
- Assess the readiness of finance processes, systems, and data architecture to support growth and changes.
- Define the finance modernization strategy and execution path for finance technology and ERP to enable the organization's broader finance vision.
- Analyze current state processes to identify areas of opportunity and gaps to standard.
- Build and finalize the strategy and develop a high-level transformation roadmap and baseline metrics for the finance organization.
- Leverage a market-leading approach for finance and ERP platform selection to lead, advise, and support the company through an unbiased selection process.
- Deliver more impactful and expeditious outcomes for the organization.
- Define the data strategy and finance transformation roadmap to support the evolving needs of finance.
- Focus on finance data architecture, finance data and information needs, and finance data governance and management.
- Assist and advise on software and platform business case development, rationalization, and associated support model cost.
- Lead vendor pricing and contract negotiations to optimize the total cost of ownership (TCO).
Qualifications & Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in Financial Operations and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000-$85,000 annual salary
