Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Plan and organize office events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Data entry for new clients and complete online/paper account applications
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in financial/insurance office administration or a related field is preferred
- One year of office administration experience required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have some basic knowledge of financial terminology
- Experience in event planning and coordination
