Job Specifics

• OSF Healthcare Saint Paul Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital, and OSF Medical Group – Mendota have an opportunity for a Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Internal Medicine physician to join our dedicated Primary Care team of 4 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers
• Be part of a small rural healthcare family with the backing of a larger successful health system
• Opportunity to provide inpatient and outpatient care
• 1:4 call rotation
