THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

FanDuel Group is looking to add a Compliance Senior Associate to its Federal Regulatory Compliance Team, with experience in anti-money laundering and/or sanctions compliance or related operations. The Senior Compliance Associate will be responsible for identifying automation and technological improvements to the Federal Regulatory Compliance Program and representing the FRC Team in projects led by internal teams such as Product, IT and analytics as well for implementing program enhancements, designing reporting, and supporting audits and risk assessments, among other things.

This role will report into the Senior Manager, Strategy & Governance, and sits within the FanDuel Group Risk & Compliance function. Successful licensing with state gaming regulators may be required following employment.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support operational reporting, tracking, and other metrics that can be effectively used in risk-based reporting for senior management
  • Assist in updating companywide financial crime compliance trainings
  • Work with the Managers on the Strategy & Governance Team to respond to audits and risk assessments and similar initiatives
  • Draft and revise FRC policies and procedures
  • Contribute to other FRC Team initiatives, as needed

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3+ years working in the compliance function of a highly regulated financial institution or similar organization
  • Demonstrated aptitude for process execution, including identification of process improvements
  • Ability to think critically and communicate clearly and efficiently, both orally and via email
  • Passion to work hard in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • An exceptional team player, with a desire to be a leader within FanDuel Group
  • Risk Assessment experience a plus

The applicable [salary] / [hourly] range for this position is $74,000 - $88,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
