Junior Project Manager (Financial Crimes)

K2 Integrity is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our senior leadership team with engagements in our Financial Crimes Risk Management practice. This role will be an integral part of the team, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior leadership with the execution of projects within the intended scope and timeframes.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, outlining execution strategy to include objectives, schedule, and cost.
  • Track and communicate progress on engagement tasks. 
  • Assist with resource management.
  • Interface with clients in a professional manner; assist with client communications – provide updates throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Meet deadlines and manage evolving/shifting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
• Be resourceful—offer creative solutions to problems faced by project leader.
• Occasional travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Four-year college degree or international equivalent.
• 1-2 Years’ relevant experience at professional services firm and/or bank.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and decision-making/critical-thinking skills.
• Strong writing skills.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (pivot tables, charts, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to show initiative and provide proactive updates.
• Exhibited ability to maintain a climate of teamwork and cooperation when working with others.
• Demonstrated ability as well as flexibility to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Minimum Salary: $60,000 | Maximum Salary: $75,000
