We are searching for a strategic, collaborative, results oriented Financial Director who will serve as the champion of our company’s financial health. Requirements:Your Focus
- Deliver financial leadership, strategy, management, and planning. Supervise and lead a comprehensive set of controls and budgets, with added responsibilities for cash management, risk management, tax and audit support, contract and lease management, and HR compliance support. Ensure reported results comply with GAAP.
- In partnership with the CEO and COO, create and establish financial objectives that align with the organization’s dynamic growth and market expansion plans.
- Implements a system of appropriate controls to manage business risks and maintains responsibility for the fiscal integrity of all financial reporting and operations
- Assess and evaluate current financial performance and long-term growth opportunities.
- Collaboratively analyze demand drivers, marketing achievements, sales trends/forecasts, and additional business intelligence data; present financial growth scenarios, opportunities, and models based on findings.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators that provide insight into the organization’s long-term financial well-being and growth.
- Lead, coach, and grow the Finance and Accounting team; help professionally develop the Financial and leadership acumen for accounting, bookkeeping, and analyst roles.
- Maintain and grow planning systems, software, and processes.
Your Background and Superpowers
- 10+ years experience in finance, controlling, accounting
- Investment-focused working philosophy. Think and plan strategically, with outcomes in mind.
