Job Description:
- The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting client groups by supporting the research and analysis of shareholder reports and projects, along with senior team members.
- The role applies basic theories to develop a detailed understanding of the financial results in order to support the development and updating of presentation material.
- The Financial Analyst analyzes situations and data to complete ad hoc financial research, analysis, and reporting for the investor relations leadership team.
- The role seeks out new assignments to gain expert knowledge in industry software applications to support the senior director in profiling investors, including investor profile updates, report generation for analysis, and managing mailing lists.
- The ability to interact and manage successful and effective relationships at all levels is a critical component of this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and complete FTE tracking and reconciliation process
- Produce monthly reporting packages.
- Assist in expense tracking and variance analysis. Build reporting at the vendor level and ensure future forecasts and plans align.
- Assist to define and document new processes/solutions for complex reporting requirements.
Must-Have Requirement:
- 1-2 years of financial Analysis experience that can be applied
- Require familiarity with Excel (formulas)
- Familiarity with PPT and other MS programs
Nice to Have:
- Banking or FI experience is a strong nice to have
- FPNA experience is a strong nice to have
- Power BI or Tableau experience would be nice to have

- Strong Analytical skills
- Positive Attitude
- Able to work well with others
Note:
- Mondays and Tuesdays in the office ideally but would consider remote candidates as long as within CDT or EST zones.
- Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday with some slight flexibility around core business hours (8-6)
