Desired Skills and Experience:
- Preferred: prior financial services experience not required -- extensive training platform provided
- Ideal possess entrepreneurial spirit, experience in business development or sales, and interest in business or finance
- Must possess strong self-motivation, interpersonal and communication skills, a high standard of ethics.
- Preferred BA or BS degree from a four-year institution preferred
- Must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Must possess a history of personal and professional success..
- Must be located in Columbus/Central Ohio or already planning to move here imminently
- Must pass background check

- First year advisors average between $75k to $160k in first year
- Advisors 5+ years with earn over $380k/year
