Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential clients
· Create engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to showcase the benefits of services
· Manage social media platforms, online advertising campaigns, and the company website to drive awareness and generate leads
· Organize and participate in community events, open houses, and networking opportunities to promote the company and foster relationships with referral sources and potential clients
· Ensure a smooth and efficient client onboarding process
· Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions
· Maintain a thorough understanding of the homecare and assisted living industries, including competitors, regulations, and best practices, to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive and relevant
· Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, senior services organizations, and other referral sources to increase client referrals
· Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential clients and their families, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the admissions process
· Participate in ongoing professional development and industry training to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and assisted living trends
Skills required:
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the benefits of services and address client inquiries
· Interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients, their families, and referral sources
· Creativity and an eye for design to create visually appealing promotional materials
· Digital marketing skills, including experience with social media management, email marketing, and online advertising platforms
· Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions for strategy improvement
· Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
· Presentation and public speaking skills for effectively hosting events and presenting to potential clients
· Knowledge of the assisted living industry, including regulations and best practices, to ensure compliance and stay competitive
· Empathy and sensitivity when working with seniors and their families, understanding their unique needs and concerns
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for growth
· Adaptability and flexibility to stay current with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies as needed
· Networking skills to establish and maintain connections with relevant professionals and organizations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
