Exciting Opportunity: Finance Specialist - Long-Term Assignment
Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Finance Specialist to join our team for a rewarding long-term temporary assignment in our client's Payroll Division.
Position: Finance SpecialistDept/Division: PayrollLocation: Long Island City, QueensHourly Rate: $23.11 - $30.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee timesheets for timely and accurate submission and compliance with policy. Follow up where needed.
- Process changes and updates to timekeeping and/or payroll-related matters.
- Perform analysis and investigate discrepancies in data.
- Maintain customer service and customer service-related functions (i.e. customer service log, response).
- Assist in administration or clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Customer service experience.
