- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 yrs. of AP experience
- Workday experience a plus
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Finance Shared Services - Financial Management Support - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Administration
- Daily processing of invoices for payment via ACH, check and credit card.
- Reporting required utilizing Workday.
- Daily interaction with internal and external customers via email, Teams, and phone.
- Additional Accounts Payable as required.
Qualifications
- AP experience
- Workday exposure and experience a plus but not necessary.
- Strong excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate in a Team Environment.
- Proven track record of working remote with success and discipline.
